Meet Marie

Hi everyone,

So happy to see you here!

I'm Marie, holder of cacao ceremonies and Hatha yoga teacher.

I worked for over 10 years in very stressful environments and felt first-hand the necessity to create pauses to reconnect with our mind, heart and body.

I grew up in France and also lived in Japan, Ireland and the UAE. I received my teaching from amazing souls: cacao, yoga and reiki on this beautiful, vibrant island that is Ireland and sound healing in the UAE. Meet all of them below!

I now live in Dubai where I'm holding space to help people take the time to meet themselves again, and create the opportunity to work through what is hidden deep inside.

I love working with cacao, sharing her story, and build custom experiences based on participants' needs. I hope we'll get the occasion to meet! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or are just curious and want to know more!

Sylvia Ferguson

Sylvia was the lead teacher of my training. She brought years of experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness and helped us understand what being a yoga teacher really means, on and off the mat.

Her classes are gracious moments of full presence.

Brian is a nerd when it comes to handstands, biomechanics and most especially breathwork.

His movement-focused classes are a balm for your body and mind.

Ana and Renato are two of the most lovely human beings I got to meet.

Their training was very comprehensive, from the scientific foundations of sound healing to the use of many instruments including singing Tibetan bowls and shamanic drums.
